Costumes are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis - if someone reserves a costume before you, you have automatically been added to the reserve list.
Images provide an overview of the costume, however as repairs and adaptations are required some may vary from their photo.
Carnival artists reserve the right to swap costumes on the day in the interest of safety and sizing. A fitting the week prior to the event will be arranged, please email to schedule an appointment.
GAIA MOTHER OF THE EARTH
New for 2022 this design consists of a beautiful Kaftan with large bespoke headdress. Think earthy tones and ‘elven’ vibes. *Up to size 12. Picture to follow.
GIANT SNOW QUEEN
Our largest costume. Comes with white ‘bodess’ as shown + headdress. Requires good stamina and core/leg strength. Sturdy footwear must be worn.
PURPLE PEACOCK
Underclothing must be worn. Please bring your own coordinated top, and wear shorts under skirt. Sturdy shoes recommended.
PINK FLORAL
Comes with crop vowel neck top (small), and wrap around trousers. Under shorts (tight like curling shorts) recommended. If small top is a concern then please bring a pink or green top to wear. Sturdy shoes recommended
GIANT PATTERNED
Needs good core and arm strength and can need arm support if windy. Wear under shorts. Top and wrap around trousers provided as well as headdress. Sturdy shoes recommended.
BLUE PEACKOCK
Need to wear blue or green under clothes.
RAINBOW PACK
Wear your own rainbow or sparkly festival clothes to match.
DISCO PACK
GOLD FEATHER
Comes with a different bodess to what is pictured. It is a bracket harness that bears a lot of flesh. Nipple covers must be provided by wearer. New shorts are also provided (short cycling style in gold and black snake).
RED PEACOCK
These two costumes need to be worn with a red top and leggings or cycling shorts under hoops skirt.
RED ISIS WINGS
Available in Red, Silver and Green with small matching headdress. Need to wear your own festival / sparkly clothes to match.
BLUE SHOWGIRL
Needs to be a 30-34 C-DD cup. Shorts and skirt provided, adjustable between size- 6-12. Need to be willing to bear flesh. Can be adapted for a stilt walker (as pictured)
FIRE & FEATHER
Needs to wear nude or black underwear. Thong preferred but not essential. Must be willing to bear flesh. Large fish nets can be worn.
GIANT FINN
A top and wrap around trousers are provided but under shorts should be worn. Needs someone quite tall and strong.
UNDER THE SEA
Need to wear own white, blue clothes to match.
